ylaro Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

Account, Eligibility, and Platform Rules
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ylaro in the Philippines. By creating an account you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines. ylaro reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any registered player at any time, and may suspend access pending completion of that verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the legal age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
One Account Per Player
Each Filipino player is permitted to hold one active account on ylaro at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. If you already have an existing account and have forgotten your login details, please use the Login page recovery option or contact support at [email protected] rather than opening a new account. Bonuses and VIP rewards earned across multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be forfeited without exception.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency
All transactions on ylaro are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Filipino players are responsible for ensuring that deposit and withdrawal details submitted to the platform are accurate and match the account holder's verified identity. ylaro does not accept third-party payments — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ, and ylaro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds to a player's nominated account.
Wagering and Bonus Conditions
All wagers placed on ylaro are final once confirmed. Filipino players should review active market odds and bet details carefully before submitting, as confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Bonuses and VIP rewards issued by ylaro are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — full details of applicable wagering multipliers and eligible game types are provided within the relevant promotion or on the VIP page. ylaro reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
Prohibited Conduct
Filipino players must not use ylaro for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes. The use of automated tools, bots, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular player use is strictly prohibited. ylaro monitors all account activity and may freeze accounts, withhold winnings, and refer suspicious conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where warranted.
